04Advance Payment

An advance payment is required to secure your appointment. The required amount and payment instructions will be displayed or communicated during the booking process.

By completing your booking and making the advance payment, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation and no-show policy below.

05Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

We reserve time and prepare for each confirmed appointment. For this reason, the following policy applies:

• Customer cancellation: Advance payments are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment.
• Failure to attend: If you do not arrive for your confirmed appointment without notifying us, your advance payment will not be refunded.
• Rescheduling: Please contact Golden Bloom as early as possible if you need to change your appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval.
• Salon cancellation: If Golden Bloom cancels your appointment and cannot provide a suitable alternative, you will be eligible for a refund of the advance payment for the affected booking.
• Exceptional circumstances: We may review unusual circumstances individually where appropriate or where required by applicable law.

The non-refundable advance payment policy does not remove any rights that customers may have under applicable law.

06Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may reduce the time available for your treatment or require rescheduling, depending on the salon's schedule.
